SHIPPING POLICY

The Neffs Co specializes in selling organic beef tallow balm products. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your orders arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging our products to maintain their quality during transit. Our shipping costs are transparent and designed to offer you the best value for your purchase.


CUSTOM ORDERS:

Listings are not customizable in any way, unless clearly stated with a personalization box.

Full custom orders are not available at this time.

CANCELLATIONS:

We accept order cancellations within 4 hours of your order. There are no exceptions.

PROCESSING TIME:

We understand the importance of getting your order quickly. Our processing times vary by item, and can be found on every order. Our processing times are updated during holiday times, to ensure accurate dates. If you have concerns, please contact us BEFORE placing the order.

SHIPPING:

Shipping depends on the order; estimates are usually 2-8 business days depending on your shipping address. Please take note of the shipping delivery date when placing your order. If you need your item before a specific date, please contact us BEFORE ordering.

 

Delivery Estimate= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, but if your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We MUST be notified within 2 business days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Supporting evidence MUST be provided for us to file a claim with the shipping entity.

 

These include: Product photo clearly showing damage and all packaging, inside and out. You MUST hang on to all the package contents and have them available for the courier to take back and inspect. Failure to comply may result in a rejected claim decision from the shipping entity and we will not be able to give a refund or replacement.

***Please be advised that we are not responsible for product changes due to seasonal weather. This includes melted products due to increased temperatures and frozen jars due to freezing temperatures. Please make sure you promptly retrieve your order from outside once delivered.***

WRONG ADDRESS:

All orders will be shipped to the address provided. If the address provided is incorrect and the shipper is not able to deliver, buyer is responsible for arranging pick up or rescheduling delivery directly with shipping entity. If the item is returned to seller, buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and new shipping charges to resend the package to a new address. A refund will not be given for wrong addresses.

MAKING CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDER:

If you notice something needs to be changed on your order, example: address, color choice, etc. please contact us immediately. We require this information within 4 hours of ordering.

LOCAL PICKUP:

We do not have a storefront, but local orders may be picked up at our shop.

Please use the code LOCAL to pick up in New Castle.
